Monitoring Services
The Central Monitoring Station o C.M.S. monitors it‘s subscribers through the reports
transmitted by the alarm panels. The subscriber‘s alarm panel is programmed to send each of
its alarm data to the monitoring station.
The monitoring station‘s operators are trained to respond on alarm signals such as actual
alarms, power loss and communications troubles. The operator‘s response to an alarm signal may
vary depending on the agreed standing instructions.
On emergencies, the operators could seek the assistance of police and medical departments near you.
The monitoring station operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and also function as a 24/7 customers
support center with nationwide coverage.
On each alarm event we receive, we make sure that it will be immediately analyzed
and responded in accordance with the agreed standing instructions. Our response are timed recorded
and documented to ensure the integrity of our service.
Our monitoring station has nationwide list of emergency contacts like your
local police, fire and rescue stations that can respond and assist you on actual emergency.
We don‘t just rely on the alarm events we receive. We make sure that your system
is fully operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do this by consistently monitoring the
"anticipated reports" sent by your alarm system. These reports are the opening, closing and the
automatic panel test report. Once we‘ve missed these reports, our operators will conduct remote
telephone line check. With this we could identify the system‘s reporting capability, system‘s faults
and troubles.
If subscribed, our operators will conduct a regular remote telephone line check with 2 hours
connections interval to ensure your alarm panels connectivity with the C.M.S. receivers.
The central monitoring station is capable of substation monitoring. This features enables our
client‘s main security received by the C.M.S. to the client‘s substation.
Our C.M.S department coordinated with our field service technicians department to respond on
your service request. We could also arrange a service request based on the alarm reports that
we received. The C.M.S. operator notifies and sends supporting documents to each client with the
faulty systems. Upon approval, the C.M.S will coordinate our client‘s service request to the nearest
field technician on the area.
